Delivery Info

We ship our products to customers from all over the world from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

You can get the shipping charges by clicking on the 'Estimate Shipping' button right before you check out the content of your shopping cart. Anyway, if you missed that, you will still get the shipping charges before you make your payment (it will be shown in your Sales Order).





Delivery Updates

    We will update you the tracking number of your order via e-mail when your order is collected by the courier service.


Delivery Timeframe
    We cannot guarantee the delivery time frame of your order. Each delivery is managed on a best-effort basis by the respective courier service providers is out of our control.  Here is an estimate of transit time:

    i) International Expedited - 3 to 5 Working Days
    ii) International Economy - 7 to 15 Working Days
    iii) Local Expedited - 2 to 3 Working Days


Custom Duty and Taxes
    For customers outside Malaysia, please take note that your orders are likely to be held by your country's Custom Department for inspection. Your country's Custom Department may also impose Custom Duty, Import Taxes, Sales Taxes, Clearance Taxes or any other charges that may be required before the item would be released for delivery to your doorstep. Tech-a-Porter.com is not responsible for any such fees or charges which may be imposed by your country's Custom Department.

    All charges for return shipments due to clearance issue is to be borne by customers.
